The similarity (the beginning E) doesn't bother me---probably because the sounds are different. Also, I love Emma. I think they have a similar style and sound good together.

eh...I'll go the other way here. They are both two syllables and start with "E"...so I personally wouldn't. If you had a third baby, I think it would be weird if it didn't match that pattern

I don't think they are too similar and I love both! My only concern would be if you were to have more children, you may feel obligated to stick with the "E" theme.
