trying to connect

I'm a first-time mom, due in the beginning of March '11 (well anywhere from Feb 28 - March 4) and am in the Lebanon area. Well, Lebanon, Albany, Corvallis area. I would love to connect with other moms in the area, first-time or not! Any of you out there? I'm also interested in finding a playgroup in the Leb/Albany/Corvallis area - driving isn't really a big deal to me!

Congratulations.  I'd highly suggest going to some mother support groups at your hospital after the baby is born.  You'll meet moms with kids who are the same age and will probably form playgroups with them.  In addition to that, you will get great advice and support.
