I went to my doc this morning excited because last time I found out that my doctor was ok with me having a VBAC. Today they measured my scar via vaginal scan and found that my scar is measuring at 1.9mm for thickness. The tec said that they would not do VBAC unless the scar is 2mm thick. When the doctor came in he said that it was border line. He was really not one way or the other about the decision to VBAC or have the c-section, and that makes me a little nervous about choosing. Anyone VBAC and know their scar thickness? Also, here is an artical I found that might be helpful to anyone thinking about VBAC.

Re: Scar Thickness
Hi Mama,
ACOG does not recommend routine LUS measurement. I love that my family practice doc who is my backup incase we needed a hospital birth shared that with me.
Here is another article on the subject.
