Daycare Help

I need some help/advice--

I need to put my 5 month old in daycare just for the day (tomorrow) and I have gotten some referrals for places that can take him.  However, since this is so last minute I don't have any idea on how good these places are.  I've been trying some internet searching but i'm not coming up with much.  So...

here are the places that i was referred to:

Does anyone have any suggestions on which might be the best or which to avoid?  Any help would be great!  Thanks!
