I have 3 strollers, a Bugaboo Frog, Maclaren Techno XLR and a Combi Cosmo EX.
I despise the Combi. I started out with a stroller frame and the Combi Cosmo EX was going to be my all the time stroller. I quickly realized that it was horrendous for what I thought I was going to use it for. It is very difficult to steer, turn, etc.... I handled fine, in the store, with no kid in it. I ended up buying the Bugaboo when my son was 3 months old and the Maclaren a few months ago to use as a secondary stroller. I left the Combi at my moms.
To be honest, if that is going to be your only stroller, I wouldn't get it.
If the Combi brand infant carrier will fit with a different brand of stroller I'd do that, or buy a simple stroller frame for it and worry about a stroller for when your child can sit up later on, after he or she is born. Your stroller needs will be different than you think they are right now.
