Boy Name

We are having a hard time coming up with a boy name for our second son.  This weekend my husband made the recommendation of Baylor.  I like it, but I am not 100% sold on it.  My first son's name is Dylan.  If you hate please offer a suggestion, we need help!

Living in the DFW area, I can't help but think of the university and hospital when I hear Baylor.

  • I'm not loving Baylor, but I don't think it's the worst. I do think of the college immediately.

Really, the more I look at it with Dylan, the more I like it. Though I wouldn't use it and it's NMS, I think it works. It has a masculine feel and is easy to say and spell. I can't see it negatively affecting a child/person in any way. If you guys like it, you should use it.

  • I also automatically think of the univ.  It's NMS, but I'm okay w it.

    Brady? Brody? Taylor? Connor?

  • The BAY/BRAE trend is crazy on this board lately...where on earth did this name even come from?

I don't like it, but I can suggest Bayard or even the very masculine, Beowolf. Baylor sounds like someone who bales hay.
