knee joints ache

Lately my knee joints are starting to ache. This only happens in the middle of the night after sleeping for a while. Has this happened to anyone else? and what do you do about it?

i get this too and nothing has helped me except getting up and walking around.

Mine have also been hurting.... I invested in a body pillow this weekend and slept with it between my knees. It seems to have helped a little.
