stitches right between the eyes :(

my oldest fell sideways of the steps onto a tricycle.  He split the skin between his eyes.   he did so well getting the stitches and holding still.  I was so proud of him.  A very brave little guy.  I told him he helped me be brave tonight.

One bright side:  if he ends up with a scar you can call it the harry potter scar.  DH has one (zig zag) from fixing my mom's garage door a few months before our wedding.

I'm sorry he (and you!) had to go through that. I try to tell myself that these things will, not might, happen, so just deal with it when it does.

aww on telling him he helped you be brave.  sometimes they do.  hope he heals up fast.
