Hi - I'm a nestie from another city and am not sharing our baby names...so wanted to do an "anonymous" poll of sorts in another city to get some feedback!
I like both. I'm partial to Griffin for the same reasons mentioned above. And because my sentimental college watering hole (bar) is called Griff's after a guy named Griffin.
Griffin also offers more nickname options if you guys like nicknames. Griff and Fin.
Good luck deciding!

We knew NO ONE with the name Mason until we named ds, Mason and EVERYONE we meet with a little boy...what's their name? Mason...ok maybe EVERYONE is an exaggeration but there are A LOT.
For a month he went to an in-home daycare that had 12 kids, THREE Mason's, including one was a girl.

This happened to me with Madeline. As she gets older I don't mind so much. Her name suits her perfectly.

Awesome - you Houston ladies rock! I randomly picked a city far from mine so I wouldn't overlap anyone I knew. I'm leaning towards Griffin as well but this helps solidify it.
Thanks again and best of luck with all your babies!
I'm going to be the odd one out and say Mason. Yes, it's more common, but it's not super common, and I just think it has a nicer sound to it than Grifffin. Plus, it's a nice strong name.
Re: Name poll - down to the wire!!!
ditto.
I love this idea - how cute!
Another vote for Griffin

Best bar ever! Walking distance from UST!

I have a Mason so I vote for Griffin.
