Hmm... I know of a thrift shop just for babies/toddlers it's called Once Upon a Child on Limestone Road.
If you are looking for a different direction there is Hansel and Gretel. I've never been there but it's on 202 in Talleyville Shopping Center. Also there is Oranges & Lemons in Greenville. Never been there either. They are more boutique like stores.
Closic's has baby furniture.
That's about all I know. Wish I could tell ya more but my baby wont be here til June so I haven't done much baby shopping yet.

We just got our furniture in from Closic's and I LOVE it! Warning though, it took 3 months to come in! They told us 3-4, so for those people who are not due for a while, do not put off ordering your nursery furniture!!! I was so nervous that the baby would get here before his crib.
