im having lower back pains and lower belly cramps but feels kinda mild. i keep feeling like i have to go make # 2.does it sound like pre labor? also im due april 6th.
I would call your doctor. I had lower belly cramps (2 of them over a couple of days) so I ignored them and I had my son two weeks later at 26 weeks. It is better to be cautious.

If something doesn't feel right, go in and get checked. Best case senario, everything checks out ok and they send you home. If it's not and you stay home.....well, they can't help you there.
At a minimum call your doctor on call, or the triage nurse for your OB clinic. There should be someone who answers 24/7.
I would worry more if you had spotting. I had a couple of painful Braxton Hicks around 20 weeks. Oh and those painful charlie horses. But they went away.
I felt a lot of pressure on my pelvic bone a couple of weeks before Aidan was born. And then I started spotting the day that Aidan was born--it felt like indigestion and cramps--it is just the cramps did not go away and got more intense. Some more brown stuff came out later that night--my water broke while on the phone with the Obgyn--and I was basically the crazy pregnant woman who was yelping "Help Me" at the ER after 11pm. Baby was born at 12:19am on Wednesday, May 26th.

Yeah, I would call the doctor. I had already went into preterm labor and they were able to stop it. And a few days later (after I started leaking amniotic fluid) I had those same symptoms (I had actual contractions the first time) and I delivered later that night. Better safe than sorry.
