3 month olds

Does anyone feel like all they do with there 3 month old is feed, change, nap & hold etc.  I thought by this age they wouldn't want to be held as much!  Obviously the feeding, changing etc. is not really a problem..kinda expect that for the next few years but I thought at least she would want to sit in the swing more or bouncer or play mat.  I don't know what else to do with her.  I talk to her, sing and listen to music and read etc.  She gets kind of fussy so we still spend a lot of time just chillin' if we are not out and about.  She doesn't nap to good on the weekends when I am home with her so I try to get done what I can because she's getting to heavy to carry in the carrier and sweep or vacuum or whatever.  She might sit on the couch when I fold laundry.  What else do you find yourself doing?  I feel like I am boring her.

I miss my 3 month old...enjoy it.  All I do now is chase her from one area to the next and try to keep her out of trouble. 

At 3 months they are just starting to get to a more interactive stage.  DD loved her play mat and her 1-2-3 Crawl Along Snail.  We read, danced around, sang and played on the floor.  We started offering more toys that she could hold on to.  Her play mat had lights and music that entertained her.  We let her watch some Sponge Bob Squarepants too, she loves the opening song.

ds loves when I sing or dance. He likes his jumparoo - but only for 10-15 min. He's really grabby so I show him lots of toys/books, read to him, let him chomp on things. He also really likes to watch the dog play fetch or me fold laundry. He really likes to be held - like pp said, it won't last long so enjoy it!
