knitters - have a great way of storing needles?

I have yet to take my knitpicks interchangable circs out of the cardboard that they came in (well, I have taken them out, but they go back in) because it's the only thing that I have labeled for the sizes.  I don't currently have a needle measuring guide thing, and frankly, don't want to use that all the time anyway. 

So - any fabulous ways to store it?  and if it involves sewing, it either needs to be really easy or I have to be able to buy or alchemy it.  Despite all those criteria - any suggestions are welcomed!
