rec verizon smartphone!

blackberry, droid, something else?  i have a currently dying super old phone (4 years old!) so don't think i can wait for verizon to start selling the iphone sadly.

recommendations?  i know i've heard some of you bumping from your phones, so spill it!  what's good?

I have the LG Ally. My husband got the Droid X, but I like mine better (and it's not the size of an old school gameboy.) The Ally is a droid too... but mine was only $50 after rebate. I LOVE it. It seems to have a longer battery life than the Droid X too.

Droid over BB. I love my iPhone but Droid us next best. I like the Incredible and agree with pp that the X is huge.

I have the Samsung Fasinate and it is awesome! love love love it! the screen is so clear and the camera is pretty cool too!
