Hottest toys of 2010 (CNN)

Do you agree?  Disagree?  I've never heard of some of these toys.

    The only 2 items on that list that DD1 wants is the Leapster explorer and squinkies. The rest she could care less about. I haven't even heard about some of them.

    We have Squinkies and my DD loves Sing-a-Magigs, but we don't have one.  I'm surprised Lalaloopsy Dolls and Pillowpets aren't on there.

    My DD got her fill of popular toys for her birthday.  She's getting a dollhouse for Cmas.

    We're not buying any of those this year...but we don't usually buy into the 'fad' toys I suppose.  

    I think we'll see dozens of these lists in the future weeks.

    DS got the remote control motorcycle (#1) for his birthday and likes it. The guitar looks kind of cool -- I might get him that. And I got a few of the Lego games for other kids on the list.

    Well, I have heard of most of them, but that's probably because DS's favorite bedtime "story" right now is reading all the toy catalogs that have come into the house.

    I haven't begun to make a list for the kids for Christmas yet. I did see the singamajig's in the store and didn't see the appeal.

    I got the paper jamz guitar for my son, and the chuck stunt set but only because I had a coupon for it.  Those sing-a-ma-jigs are disturbing.

    Havent really heard of most of those but a lot of them are for older kids.  

    I have heard of the Princess and Me dolls but we are getting my girls something else.  They do like the squinkers ?? but Im not buying them because they are just tiny pieces of junk that will end up lost and on the floor.  They do each have a zooble so I bought them some more and will probably wait to see if there are any on sale for BF or CM to give them in their stockings.  

    I bought all 3 of mine an Explorer and a game each.  

    Landon loves the commercial for the game Loopz.  It is way over his head though or I would buy it.  He plays with it at the store but not the way you should.  

    I think that is all I have heard of.

    Im really suprised that Go Go my walking Pup (aka walking mut) isnt on there.  It has been on sale EVERYWHERE!!
