Due Date was today

So today was kind of a strange day of reflecting on this whole experience so far.  I am glad that we are in a good place with our story after delivering at 26 weeks 6 days on Aug. 11th.  Christopher weighed 1 lb 15 oz when he was born and as of last Fri he is 7 lb. 2 oz.  I can't believe how far we have come.  I am thankful everyday of how healthy he is considering what he has been through.  I was also a little sad again knowing that I didn't go to term with my pregnancy and knowing that we should be having an exciting time bringing our newborn home from the hospital right now.  Then I just keep reminding myself that I have gotten to see my little one and touch him for the past 3 months.  I thought this picture might be kind of fun to show what he would have been like if he was still in the womb today on our due date. I hope it isn't too cheesy.

cute pic! i did that with my full term daughter to show why my belly was so huge lol...and it seriously makes me sad that i didn't think to do it this time around when it would be even cooler
