I swore I wouldn't be an "is this safe!?" girl but I'm literally in the restaurant and all the sushi I ordered has masago on it. Ugh. It didn't specify in the menu but I shouldve asked. So...can I safely eat it?
Not sure - everything I've seen said to avoid sushi - but YUM

I think in moderation you should be fine. They say that if it is a place that you have ate at several times then you should not be concerned with the preperation. Mmmm....now I really want some sushi!

My OB said that as long as it was a place that I ate at pre-pg, I can continue to eat sushi but she'd prefer that I try and cut back a little (I could eat it every week or more)!

OMG! This just made me the happiest woman alive!!! I LOVE sushi and it's the only thing I crave (before and after pregnancy). Knowing I can have it from "our" sushi places once and awhile is awesome.
