Paula Deen mashed potato casserole

Is so delicious. It is a heart attack waiting to happen, but delicious. 

5 lb bag of potatoes, peeled and diced

16 oz of sour cream

8 oz cream cheese

1 stick REAL butter

 1 tbsp onion salt

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp salt

lots of pepper

Boil potatoes for 20 mins, drain and add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and spices in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Spread into large casserole dish, dot with more butter, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 mins. Heaven.

I'm pretty sure that I could eat that entire bowl all by myself. Sounds so delish!

My mom makes something just like that but we eat it as mashed potatos-its VERY good!

It gets better. Throw in a little bit or horseraddish (sp?) to your taste and some cheddar cheese on top. Best food ever. I only make it on xmas because otherwise DH and I would weigh 900lbs and eat it all the time. I have to limit myself.
