We aren't even considering TTC#2... like, my Mirena will probably "expire" first, and I got it after Bean was born.
Bean's name is Charles Stewart; his "girl name" was Harper Morgan, but Harper has become so very popular, and while I still love it, I'm afraid that it's too popular for my tastes now (also, one of my close friends has a baby girl named Harper. I rarely see her, but, still).
But I've decided that I love love love the name Loretta.
Loretta Morgan. It sounds like a song!
Re: Have a new (nonexistant fantasy) girl name!
I like it! I have to agree with you that Loretta sounds lyrical and melodic; I think it's a fun, energetic, unique name, and Loretta and Charles make a cute sibset--much better than Charles and Harper (though I adore Harper), which seems a little "ar" heavy.
Great choice!

Eh... unisex has never been an issue for me. I'm actually one of those people that likes traditionally male names & last names on girls.

Charles was on our list of boys names.
I love Loretta! What a lovely name! I dislike Harper, so maybe it's for the best. :P hehe

It's funny... Loretta Lynn was the inspiration! I love how unapologetic, kind, and honest she is. I have no problem with country roots. I'm a city girl, but I love the country, too. Originally, DS's girl name was Ella Rae (after my great-grandparents), but my DH thought it was waaaay too country!
