Hi Everyone,
My name is Megan and my husband and I had our first child in October. We currently live in Texas but my husband got offered a job in Paducah. Any info about the area would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much

I usually post over on The Nest, but happened over here by mistake.
My husband and I are from the Paducah area. It's a great place!
Paducah is a smaller city - population is near 30,000, but of the towns around the area, it's the biggest. It's considered a rural area. There are several chain restaurants, as well as some local places. The mall isn't great, but has the major stores - Dillards, JCPenneys, Best Buy, American Eagle, etc.
My favorite summertime activity is spending time at KY Lake. It's HUGE and it's beautiful!
Ask me anything you would like to know. I'd love to share info, but I am not good at thinking of things off the top of my head.
