Recently I saw a post about how this can increase cervical mucus (I know, I'm behind on the times!). But was wondering what kind you ladies use. I was passing by the juices a the grocery store and glimpsed at them and saw they were all juice cocktails. Does it matter if it's in juice cocktail?
Re: pomegranate juice question
According to the TTGP'ers pom juice helps your lining, not CM: Pomegranate juice can help to thicken your lining which would help with implantation. If you don?t like the flavor, try adding some sparkling water. Drink 8oz of juice a day from CD1-O. You can drink it past ovulation, but it won?t impact your lining at that point.
Green tea helps with CM:
Green tea helps to increase the amount of CM that you have. Drink 1-2 cups from CD1-Ovulation. Don?t drink green tea during the 2ww because it could cause uterine contractions which might impact implantation.
I actually just bought my first bottle today
It's actually supposed to thicken your ute lining, I don't believe it effects your CM in anyway - that's what green tea, EPO and musinex are for.
The amount or percentage of actual pom juice is what's important, so be careful with the "cocktails" as they tend to have less.
I bought POM Wonderful and although it tends to be more expensive, I've heard it's the best.
