I drink about 8 oz. I think it's good, but it does have a lot of calories, like all juice. Pomegranates have other health benefits, so even better! Here's a list of some government clinical trials being done on pomegranate: https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=pomegranate
I can imagine that one serving a day is enough. I'm too lazy to go look on the side of the POM bottle I have chilling in my fridge, but that's what I will do this cycle.

So, can I safely assume that it's just fine to eat pomegranates rather than drinking POM? I'm not big on POM juice, just like cranberry juice, I also dilute 50/50.

I'd read the ingredient label to determine if it's enough. I drink the POM wonderful, which is refrigerated at my local Target.

I don't think so either From what I've heard, most of the blends
actually hardly have pom juice in them at all. It's mostly apple/pear
something else and very little pomegranate. I think ingredient labels
are supposed to be in order from what's in there most to what's in there
least. If you look at the blends, it's all sorts of other stuff and maybe waaaay at the bottom, a little pom.

Re: how much POM juice is enough?
In theory, help thicken your endometrium to aid with implantation.

Oooh, thanks! I gotta get some of that!
Is there any specific time to drink it - like only pre-O or something?

Depending on how much you want it, and how much you are willing to pay, you can order it online: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=POM&x=0&y=0 It's expensive as it is, so it's going to be more expensive this way.

This. But I have to cut it with something because my tummy doesn't like it.
