an actual question

Last night was the first night I had the big down comforter on the bed.  It was very warm and cozy.

I figured that it would effect my temp because before last night it has been bonechilling cold in our room and I've woken up frozen to near death each morning.

So imagine my surprise when I wake up this morning to a temp nosedive.  I really thought it was going to be slightly higher than before.

Did I miss this day in the ff tutorial?

over time, I found that room temp or conditions actually had very little effect on my internal body temp.   I'm sure it effects everyone differently, but maybe you are like me on this one.

Your body works hard to keep you warm if you are cold.  If you are nice and toasty it doesn't have to work as hard, therefore less energy.  That's all I got.
