hey there,
Firstly, I am beyond thrilled at your wonderful news!!
I have been pretty nervous about overstimulating due to my pcos and the amount of follicles that I have, I am happy with the 8 that are growing and am actually praying that is all that will grow out of the 34. Was that ever a concern of yours and if you don't mind me asking, how many follicles did they retrieve from you and how many antral follicles did you start off with. Im thinking the ER may be in the next few days and am a nervous wreck. Thanks for taking the time, I appreciate it.

Oh it's no problem at all - that's why we are all here!
It wasn't much of a concern of mine that I would have too many follies. Mostly because the u/s only ever showed 15 antral follicles so I knew I wouldn't get more than that. With PCOS I was concerned about over stimming and OHSS but I didn't have a problem with it at all.
They ended up getting 12 follicles from me, out of 15 antral. Then of those 12, 7 fertilized normally. Of those 7, 4 made it to a 3dt. We were very lucky that we transferred two the first time and got pregnant with one and froze the other two. Then I m/c'ed and we were even MORE lucky that the two frosties both thawed perfectly and I am now pregnant again. IVF works great for me... it's just my stupid blood and my body that doesn't want me to stay pregnant.
I can't wait to hear how many eggs you get at ER and how they all do. I think 8 would be a fabulous number! That should give you at least 3-4 good ones to work with. Crossing my fingers for you!!
