I having been at the same weight for the last 8 days which is not to bad in my opinion. My weight tends to jump a few pounds constantly so for it to be down about 4 pds and only moving by .5 pds is a joy.
My new tennis shoes came in the mail today and I walked to get ds from school for the first time in months.
I had a 2lb loss at WW last week I also ran a 5k on Saturday. It felt good. I did not walk at all- slow but not walking. I can't wait to really start training.
This week I am focusing on portion size. I need all the help I can get in that area!

I'm at 5 lb lost on weight watchers (I survived Disneyland and Halloween!) and as you can see I have less than two weeks to go until my first 5k.
On a random side note, I hate that PMS symptoms are so similar to pregnancy symptoms!

I'm down 52.2lbs so far. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that all of my old favorite sweaters and sweatshirts fit again!
