I got DS the IKEA Hemnes dresser, chest and nightstand, and the total was something nice and low, like $500.
The white Hemnes stuff is A) more expensive for some reason and made out of particle board, fiberboard and melamine as opposed to actual stained wood like the black-brown.
Anyone find reasonably priced white furniture for a girl's room? I would prefer full sized furniture instead of that tiny 'youth' stuff. My kids are both really tall, and youth furniture will be useless after the age of 8 or so.

I saw a really cute white wooden twin bed at Sam's Club this weekend for $199. On their website it looks like dressers and nightstands are also available:

Make sure you check craigslist too!
We were looking all over, then I happened upon DD's set on craigslist, and paid $400 for a solid wood bed and dresser, with mirror.
