Thoughts on the name Zariel

It means Lion Princess

DH and I like it a lot and he loves the lion reference (he's rastafarian).

 What are your thoughts on it?

Oh, that's bad. I'm sorry. Ariel/Arielle is nice. The "Z" looks really strange.

It looks like a made-up name. Out of curiosity, where did you find the "lion princess" definition?

baby-names-meanings.net   meaning-of-names.com.  You can google the name Zariel and what it means if you'd like and that pops up a bunch of sites with it on there.

We also like the name Kefira which means lion cub for a girl. And we already have middle names that are family names that we really want to use.

Those sites say it is an American name meaning "Lion Princess"? That doesn't make much sense to me, are those sites reputable? I don't like the name, it sounds made up (even if it isn't, I think most people will assume it is)

It looks like someone got dyslexic with my cousin's daughter, Azriel.

I don't like that name, either.
