Well, the glucose, insulin and thyroid test all came back normal. So after lengthy discussions this weekend, DH and I decided to wait until the new year to see an RE. My dr. is still really optimistic we can do this on our own so being that we have so much going on over the holidays we decided to see what happens over the next two months and if we haven't gotten our BFP by Jan, then we will go see an RE and get started down that road.
So, I have decided that I need a different focus and that's going to be getting off the weight that my emotional eating has put on over the last several months. I'm going to get back into my workout routines and get working out with my friend who is a personal trainer once a week. She helped me lose 30 pounds for my wedding and I kept it off for over a year before the TTC emotional drama. I've put back on 15 so we're going to begin today with getting me back on track. So I can focus on this and not the TTC stuff all day long. And the other positive to it is that it will give me a healthier body with which to have a healthier pregnancy (hopefully soon) and get me feeling better again.
I'm all excited for it now, and am hoping I can keep the momentum up.
