I'm thinking of taking advantage of this sale of buy 5 get 1, but I don't know if I want velcro or snaps. Input?

I prefer the Velcro, IMO snaps are a PITA at change time, and I think that you can get a better fir with Velcro. I've heard that snaps last longer though.

We have all BG's (4.0's and Organics) and they are all snaps. LOVE THEM!

We had velcro in our newborn stash and I hated it. Some how I would always forget to do the laundry tabs and things would end up stuck to each other.

I have never had a problem getting a good fit with the snaps either.

I hated the snaps at first, but they have TOTALLY grown on me. I like them a lot. I bought all my cd's at the same time, and I can see the wear on my velcro, but not the snaps.

I would personally get half and half so you can see which you prefer!

 

I personally prefer velcro, because I get a better fit, but snaps are harder to get off for toddlers. However, if I want DH to change a diaper I need velcro because he can't get snaps right.

We aren't due with our first until March, but my mom purchased a dozen BG 4.0s and got us half and half.

The 4.0's with snaps have the stretchy tabs so you can actually get a really good fit. I have other snap diapers that don't stretch and the fit isnt as good. I may be the only one, but I think it's easier to get snaps on than velcro because I end up having to undo the velcro 4-5 times before I can get it right/straight. With the snaps I just have to hit one mark! haha
