Hey ladies, it's been a while since my last post, but DH and I are still TTC. Well to make a long story short, I have been bleeding for a little over two weeks and I finally saw my OB/GYN on tuesday of this week. She called yesterday stating that my ultrasound showed polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) signs and that I have hypothyroidism which will also hinder my chances of concieving. I guess what I'm hoping for is that some of you experienced ladies have concieved with this "disease". Any advice will help, since DH and I are really bummed and feeling hopeless...
Oh, man, that's not what you want to hear at all (to say the least)!
I don't have any advice, not having any experience with PCOS myself. I just want to wish you the best of luck with everything. {{hugs}}
When it's all said and done, what matters most is your relationships with other people; without good friends and family, what's the point?

So sorry. I have hypothyroidism (hashimotos thyroiditis) since 1987-so I can help you understand how thyroid effects everything. PM me with any questions.

I have PCOS too, I haven't had a BFP yet, but I've been through all the testing and started treatment. Don't feel hopeless, you can definitely get pregnant, it just may have to be with a doctor's help. Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions - I am from Louisville too.
