SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Tomorrow, I get to hold a brand new baby!  My BFF had her baby girl around 12:45 this afternoon!

There were some complications, related to her vericros veins & a blod clotting issue, and she had surgery to remove a vien in her leg when her NB was just a couple hours old, so I didn't get called until supper time (which is fine, I hardly expect them to call me in the middle of having a NB AND being told they have to do surgery NOW).

I'm so excited!

I'm taking her a baby gift and flowers w/ a balloon.  I want to bring her a snack too, because her hospital stay will be extended due to circumstances, but I'm not sure what.  Yet.

    How exciting! And how scary to have to have the surgery, hope she's doing well now and has a speedy recovery. And I craved fresh fruit after both babies so I vote for fruit :)

    I took her oatmeal cream pies because she loves those like I love Dr Pepper.
