Final diagnosis: "Failure to descent"

And then I read in the notes that according to the nurse at the hospital - "pt gave up"

The surgeon didn't note anything about the shape of my uterus or anything...but I'm guessing it might be hard for her to see anyway. So...now I go digging for my MRI imaging results.

I have sort of an asymmetrical heart shaped ute, but the "horns" are not the same size or height.

I think that's why I'm not going after mine. I'm not sure I want to know what they said about me.

They really need to watch what they say in those things. Mine actually said that "after 27 hours of induced labor patient requested a cesearean" I was like WHAT... REQUESTED! It was more like talked into by a doctor who wanted to go home for the night and made it sound like that is what was needed. I never asked for it and in fact asked for a little more time to labor. It's like they have to say that on the sheet for legal purposes.
