1. What is your child's age?  DS will be 2 in January.

2. How much per week do you pay for day care?  $125 per week.

3. If your child eats table food, are meals and snacks included?  Yes, breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are included.

4. If your child is a toddler (under 4), approximatley how many hours during the day does he or she receive more formalized instruction vs. free-play?  It is an at home day-care.  They do activities throughout the day, but it varies day by day on how the kids are doing.  She takes cues from them.

5. Name of day care (if you would like to share)?  She is located in Garden City.

2. How much per week do you pay for day care? $41/day ($37 once she's fully potty-trained)

2. How many days does your child attend? 4 (but I pay for full time, so I can change up day off or put her in 5 days).

She is just starting to get more formalized instruction (based on the projects she brings home). They go outside, all year, at least once a day. They have free play in the mornings until "school" starts at 8:30-9.

2. How many days does your child attend? 5 days a week, minimum of 10 hours a day
