My husband uses one and he says it helps a lot.  I personally have never tried it, but he seems to like it.

I use this, which I found much easier to use then the pot & it does the same thing.

I used it while I was pregnant.  It relieved pressure almost immediately.  You should see all the stuff that comes out.  (Sorry, TMI)

I use it and love it!  My BIL uses one like what was linked and I'm thinking about getting one of those since he says it works as well as the Neti Pot.

I've been using one every morning for the past week b/c my sinuses have been bothering me. it's the weirdest sensation, but it definitely works!

Bought a kit at Walmart for pretty cheap. Came with a plastic Neti Pot & the mixture packets.

I have been. Sometimes it's great, but lately I've been TOO stopped up and...it doesn't end up coming out my nose, but rather my mouth . SO if you're COMPLETELY and totally blocked from any air getting in, DON'T use it. If you're stuffy but can still sniffle air in, it works wonders.

I've used it once and I think I tilted my head a little too much b/c I could definitely feel the water in my ears!  DH and DH's mom swear by it though

I have the Sinus Rinse one. I got it after my last sinus infection and it helped so much. I couldn't take a decongestant because it made me really dizzy.
