I need to find some things to make for upcoming holiday dinners. I can't eat a lot of the things I usually enjoy due to breastfeeding. I am currently dairy, wheat, tomato, beef, soy, and caffeine free. To be entirely fair, I am only certain that wheat, tomato, and caffeine aren't tolerated by J.
Right now I'm mostly looking for wheat free dessert recipes. Do any of you have one to recommend. Oh, and any good alternatives to stuffing for Thanksgiving dinner?
Re: Thanksgiving help
For stuffing, could you make your own cornbread (sans wheat flour) and then make the dressing out of that? I'm sure if you google gluten free alternatives you'll get some good ones.
I can think of wheat free desserts, but then they have diary. Does pecan pie have butter in it? You can probably find a vegan version of that.
