Thoughts on this name. Its the only M name we have come up with, not sure what I think about it. I hate the x in it but like it too. So idk. Thoughts. DD's name is Makenna btw

I love the name Maddox!!!...and if this one were a boy thats what we were going to name him...we have a Mackenzie and a Madilynn...and this one is a girl and she is going to be Molly

DS is Maddox (though we usually just call him Max). Other "M" names if you decide you don't like the "x" in Maddox:

I have 3 friends who've used this name for thei DS within the last 4 years. None of these friends overlap in my friend groups (i.e. they don't know each other) but live within 45 minsutes of each other. I think the name started to become real popular because Angelina Jolie named one of hers Maddox.

So its became trendy- so if you don't mind that- go for it. overall I like the name.

Nope. Doesn't have to be an M. We were just playing around with similar names. Dh's side of the family is all the same letters. Hee and his sister and 2 brothers and mom are C's. his sister did C's also for her 4 kids. And his brother did T's for his 4. I kind of like that. DH is Craig, our puppy is Coal, and we call DD Kenna, so if we did a C or K name we would have a pattern too.

It's NMS. I don't know anyone with this name and all I think of is Angelina's baby. Around here it would be a cool, new name, unless people think you're naming after a celebrity.
