Glider Cushion Replacement?

Anyone know how to get a hold of replacement cushions for a glider? I am using my grandmothers older glider, still in great shape.. just need the cushions either to be recovered.. or replaced all together. I have looked online and am not able to find much. Our nursery will be based on the colors used in my bedding.. which is the Bananafish Lily Collection (watermelon pink and green apple green colors). Any help is so appreciated!

    I bought fabric and am having a seamstress recover the cushions. That way it will freshen it up and will match our decor.

    My sister gave me her old glider and ottoman and I looked everywhere for replacement cushions for it. I finally ended up going with an on-line site (www.cozycushions.com) and I was really happy with the result. They have tons of fabrics to chose from. I had to measure out all the cushions and mail her the arm pads, but in about 8 weeks, I had brand new cushions!
