I would do what I do with loaves of bread I freeze, put them in the fridge for a day or two. If I wanted one now I would put it in the microwave on the "warm" or "defrost" setting for a minute or two
I've put mine in the fridge and waited. I would even just let them sit out. I don't think that bread actually freezes like a liquid would. I put regular bread in there all the time and just put it in the fridge the night before. If I'm desperate for a piece I'll microwave it a few seconds at a time until its warmed up enough to be edible.
