Ok - so I had been on the pill for nearly 15 years with a couple times going off it for a few months to see if my migraines would let up. Then once DH & I decided to go for it, I got pg right away. Once my postpartum hormones wore off & I was back to having AF every month, I decided not to go back on the pill to be a little more natural & to see if my cycles would even out. Well, while the cycle is now normal, I feel crazy the week before AF arrives. Not out of control crazy, but definitely "off," bitchy, depressed & just unpredictably moody. I really don't like feeling like this at all. Besides going back on the pill to regain my sanity for 1 week of the month, what else can I try?

No problem! I know the first go to always seems to be evening primrose oil. My friend is studying chiropractic and holistic medicine told me something to watch with it I thought, but I cannot remember now... I'll have to ask her again.
I'm sure something on that list can help. I know how horrible it is. Maybe even the feverfew for you since you said you suffer from headaches too!
Nursing women can't do evening primrose oil. Be careful!
I think I'm about to try acupuncture to try to get my cycles evened out. Well, maybe to get a cycle (still have no AF, just crazy hormones).
