Did I spell phlegm right? Anyways...so much phlegm going on right now. I wake up in the middle of the night cause I have so much in my throat that I can't breathe. Anyone else!? I hate this!

i'm deff stuffy these days.  I had a friend prego last year who was having the same issue you're having.  something about mucus membranes working overtime?? dunno, but supposedly its normal for some people.

I've heard this too.  I've been pretty stuffy and once in a while I'll get that glob stuck in my throat.  It really is amazing how unlady-like we become during pregnancy.

I've had this for about a month now.  It is much better than it was but it has definitely started my gagging reflux.  No matter what if I start coughing up phleym, I literally throw up that and whatever I just ate.  Yuck right!  I feel you phleym pain!

I do too...it's gross.
