Know a headhunter or recruiter in OC?

My husband is looking for a job.  MBA from USC.  Focuses on Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Management.

I'm a recruiter but no contacts in that industry. I would have him go on linkedin and do a profile. Also add himself to different groups i.e. mba graduates from sc and groups that are for job searches. If he is intersted in a particular company, he can add the recruiter or hr manager for that company. Then submit a resume to them. There are a lot of headhunters that aggressively recruit on the site as well.

Also add his resume to Monster and Careerbuilder.
