Is that a Westie in your siggy? We have one too, they are very sweet and yet extremely opnionated little dogs, the phrase "will not be ignored" comes to mind often
Yes! It's so cool that you have one, too! Bonnie's sporting the long-haired look this fall (a.k.a. My Mom's Too Cheap to Take Me to the Groomer More Than Three Times a Year look)
It's funny you say that, because my mom often calls her The Dog Who Will Not Be Ignored. We think she's a riot, but a handful for sure. We're always trying to find a project for her so we can do things like get on the computer, watch TV, etc.
Our Westie is named Abbi, I don't think she knows what to do since Leah came along. She was the baby for about 8 years and now she has moved down the list and I don't think she likes it but she is adapting. She is curious about Leah and sometimes wants to play and sniff her but once Leah wants to pull her hair or use her as something to pull up on, she finds a place that the baby can't get to Poor Abbi used to be on a fairly normal schedule to get groomed but that is another thing that seems to have gotten moved down the list, opps
Here is a picture of her from a couple of years ago and she badly needed a haircut then too, guess I can't just blame it on the baby.
She's adorable! I just love her sweet face. Did you know there's an annual Westie walk in Broad Ripple? We went this year and there were 140 Westies there. It was wild. It's in September every year, so I'll remember to post about it next summer in case you want to join.

What's your Westie's name?
