Pre-folds in Pockets?

Does anyone put pre-folds in their pocket diapers?  Looking for a way to make pockets more absorbant for my toddler.  Thanks...

I know lots of people that do. I have tried it a few times. For some reason I just have a hard time parting with my BG inserts, but they seem to be not quite enough lately. I'm tempted to use a prefold along with my snap down insert for nights to see how it holds up.

Worst thing that can happen is you get peed on, right?!

I do it all the time.  I like to stuff my GMD orange PFs into my pocket dipes. They are so absorbent.

I have used green edge prefolds as inserts that were loaned to me before my bamboo inserts came in.  They worked well - not quite as absorbent as the bamboo, and a little bulkier - but soft and dried quickly in comparison.

I have before as well. I use the baby prefolds since they are smaller.

I have 30 BG well loved dipes that I stuff with yellow GMD PFs. I used to use to orange but we have recently unsnapped the BGs and the yellows seem to fit better.
