I know this is two weeks late but you may also want to check out some of the cute items they have in the Justice stores. They have cute little pets, stuffed animals, and trinkets that girls her age love. If you still can't make up your mind, give her a gift card. My daughter just turned 9 in August and she has been loving the Justice store for the last two years.
