My daycare agreed to cloth diaper, no problem. Yet we dropped DD off at my MIL's yesterday while DH and I went to his work and she "didn't want to bother with the other thing, so I threw a pamper on her." That pissed me off. She didn't even poop, so all she had to do was replace the insert.
Re: How sad is this?
Was this the same person who originally agreed to CD? Or was the agreement to do it not passed along from that person to the employees?
Why are people so intimidated by cloth anyway?
MIL has been resenting the cloth diapering until I finally got her some with aplix.
Now she 100% fine with it.

I had the same argument with someone in my gym daycare the other day. I GAVE you a diaper, a place to put the peed in dirty diaper, and yet they refused to change a CD. WTF? They would easily change a crap out the ears disposable, but a CD, ewwww?! Frustrating.
Has your MIL been educated and show how do to them? I would make my husband show her how if that happened to us....I would be annoyed too. Hope it improves!
