Anyone in Ames?

DH and I just moved to Ames and have a 10 month old son, is there anything like a mommy and me group or something similar where moms and babies can get together?

Hi! Yes, DH and I are just outside of Ames. Are you in Iowa now? We are trying to concieve and do not have any children yet. I am 30 years old and a Registered Nurse who is familiar with this area. I hope to find the same play date group in the future. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know.

I am due in January and am looking for some type of play group. If anyone else has babies around the same age I would love to start something up if nothing exists!

Hey, ladies.  I know this is an older post, but I just wanted to see if anyone ended up setting up playdates or a GTG.  We moved to Ames last August.  I am a SAHM to my 2 month old daughter and my husband goes to Grad school and works at ISU.  Anyone still interested in getting together?
