Our anatomy scan is today at 3 (8 hours from now, not like I'm counting!) and I can't wait! I've said all along it's a boy and two days ago I started being like "OMG what if it's a girl and I've been calling her a him this whole time?!" I have NO idea how people wait, 20 weeks is long enough for me! We're finding out and then heading to the library for some baby name books So far we still like Grayson for a boy and Alana (pronounced A-lon-ah) for a girl... but that could change, we're not as stuck on either as we were on Bella's name...
Tonight is date night for hubby and I, this is the first time we've hired a sitter to watch Bella so we can go out together and she's 15 months old already! I think we're heading to dinner and maybe bowling or something... I told the sitter we'd be home before 930 or 10 and she's coming at 6....Time flies and we decided that at least monthly we need to do this for us so here's to our first month of dates! Next month is our 3 year wedding anniversary so we'll have to do something fun to celebrate that, any ideas?
Re: Today we find out!
YIPPEEEE!!!!! How exciting! We find out on Wednesday and just can't wait! I will be 18w2d so I'm thinking it's too early? Who knows, but like you I feel this kid is a boy for sure!
Can't wait to hear the news!

just a few more hours!! how exciting i remember being hardly able to wait, esp since the grandparents were in town at the time
i'd venture a guess but i am 99.9% wrong most of the time so i'll just wait for your announcement!! have fun!

how exciting!!!
hah, this is *exactly* how I was too! I really had to mentally prepare myself before our big u/s that this baby actually could turn out to be a girl! but nope, it's a boy. ...at least, according to the tech who said "he's not really cooperating, so you'll have to trust me on this one..." - I didn't see a thing! I actually asked MH a few weeks ago - what if she was wrong and this baby turns out to be a girl! whoa, that would take a LOT of adjusting to, haha.
anyhow, can't wait to hear the news! and enjoy your date night we usually go away for a day or two for our anniversary - not sure what we'll do next year when LO is here! probably just dinner
