Crap, I think I just made a mistake with my small stash...
LO is super fussy , won't eat from me, and I'm a mess... so I defrosted a bottle to feed him for his next feeding since I'll hopefully be asleep by then. I thought it could stay out for 6+ hours. But I just read once it's been frozen and defrosted it only has half an hour?!
Do I have to toss the 4 ounces I just took out???
(ETA - I defrosted it in warm water to room temp, not in the fridge)
