Feeding question...please help!

LO has been eating solids since 4 months(per doctor's advice) with no problems. However, last week, LO had a major teething episode (diarrhea, fever, crying, the works) and really lost her appetite. When she started eating her cereal and pur?e again at DC last week, she started throwing up her cereal. I saw the pedi last week and she said it was ok...to not worry unless she has another fever. I can't help but worry. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you sure that she was teething and that it couldn't be something else?

Maybe pp is right and it was the food. Food allergies don't always manifest themselves immediately.
