What picture are you using for LO's birthday invites?

I want a cute birthday-ish picture for E's birthday invites and since his party is going to be on December 11th, I really need to be getting them in the mail in a few weeks...but I don't know what picture to use? I plan on taking his first birthday pictures closer to his birthday and I really don't want want to spend $100 just for a few pictures from the photographer when I'll be taking them again, ywim?All I have is a crummy point and shoot and I don't want them to look bad in his invites...so what's everyone else doing? Are you setting up and just taking them yourself?

We are doing a barn yard theme, so I just put Jaxen in some overalls (no shirt or shoes) and set him on a hay bale and took them myself

We had three on the front "tiny prints" - all close up's of her face. One with giant sun glasses like a rock star, one with a big hat and one with her with her hand on her chin.

On the back we put a black and white bathtub pick. 

 After fiddling around for a long, long time we realized that the most important thing with the pictures was the lighting. When we picked three with the same lighting it looked great. This is why the indoor bathtub pick ended up on the back.
